It's all about Laura

Amayzing Saddlery was started and is run by Laura Simpson, a talented young saddler. She completed her training at Walsall College and then returned home to Scotland to start the new business.

Now in its second year of trading, Amayzing Saddlery is doing very well, and growing steadily.

Laura's passion for horses has been with her since she was 5 years old, and she rides her own horse, a beautiful 6 year old hunter called Sunny!

"I love the huge variety of work that we receive" says Laura "and knowing that everything I make is unique because it is designed for an individual customer."

"Colours too are very important, especially when making a two coloured saddle. Getting it right is very satisfying."

"I hope to grow the business over the next five years by bringing in a second saddle maker. People like to have a saddle which is specifically made for their horse."
